For our location Eemshaven (Groningen), with its large and interesting customer, we are looking for a Datacenter Operations Supervisor.

As an Operations Supervisor you are responsible for the daily management and supervision of a team of 50 employees and you ensure the implementation and optimization of the logistics process. You will have a job with a lot of responsibility and variety and will report to the Site Lead ( Data Center Operations Manager).

You guide, coach, instruct and motivate your employees. You ensure good cooperation and a positive working atmosphere. You ensure an efficient execution of the work and the achievement of the requested output. You monitor and ensure that the KPIs and SLAs are achieved. You translate these goals to the workplace. You monitor compliance with health and safety rules. You determine the deployment of personnel and materials in consultation with the Site Lead (Data Center Operation Manager). You drive Continuous Improvement by in regards to working methods, tools and the layout of the Datacenter and thus bring the department to a higher level.

Profiel kandidaat

We ask For this position we are looking for a decisive person. You are a leader by nature, able to lead a large, diverse group of employees in a dynamic and challenging environment. You are also strong in communication and you have great conflict resolution skills. You are assertive, you have analytical insight and knowledge of 5S and Lean working. You are able to determine the course and achieve objectives in a pleasant way. You know how to understand processes and people and to identify and implement points for improvement.
